What you will do

• Shape and manage learning portfolios for field medical teams across Immunology, including GI, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Autoantibody.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate scientific, clinical, and business developments into learning strategies.
• Develop and evolve disease-state, product, competitive readiness, scientific engagement, and field-facing curricula.
• Implement onboarding and field-readiness programs that accelerate scientific confidence and speed to impact.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, experiential, social, self-directed, workshop, and applied-practice learning solutions.
• Manage priorities, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, compliance considerations, and continuous improvement in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with field medical or commercial field teams.
• Strong knowledge of learning strategy, capability development, instructional design, curriculum management, and training needs analysis.
• Ability to develop and review scientific, clinical, therapeutic-area, and field-facing learning content.
• Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication, stakeholder partnership, prioritization, and influence skills.
• Ability to work from the Horsham, Pennsylvania location.

Nice to have

• Experience in Immunology, particularly gastrointestinal disease.
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience with adult learning theory, coaching, talent management, and reporting and analysis.
