Site Services Engineer (LATAM)

Location: Remote - Colombia

What you will do

• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, servers, and network systems across LATAM locations.
• Act as a regional escalation point for critical incidents and diagnose hardware, software, infrastructure, and connectivity issues.
• Partner with service providers, vendors, internal technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver services against operational expectations.
• Support planning and execution of LATAM site technology projects, coordinating activities across multiple countries.
• Apply global IT standards, policies, and security requirements while identifying service improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, incident records, root-cause information, and operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting end-to-end IT solutions in geographically distributed environments.
• Experience or exposure to infrastructure, end-user computing, and IT service operations.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, ports, and protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, corporate office, sales office, or distributed site environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure support processes, service management, audits, compliance, and technology security requirements.
• Experience working with managed service providers and vendor organizations in a multicultural LATAM environment.
