Cloud Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia — 3 days working from home and 2 days onsite at Torre Krystal

What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and support cloud-hosted applications and production environments to ensure availability and performance.
• Perform application health monitoring, service management, server maintenance, and environment support.
• Investigate and resolve incidents involving applications, infrastructure, databases, data pipelines, integrations, batch processing, and network connectivity.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support while meeting service level agreements.
• Maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, incident records, operational procedures, reports, metrics, and health dashboards.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to improve reliability, scalability, and deployment processes, including on-call and non-prime-shift support.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• 2+ years of experience supporting production environments, cloud operations, applications, infrastructure, or related technical systems.
• Experience with cloud-hosted environments and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows servers, shell scripting, SSH, and application server management.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, prioritization, and incident-management skills, with willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
