Senior Systems Engineer (Windows/Azure)

Location: Fully remote anywhere in the United States; department location listed as Brooklyn, New York.

What you will do

• Support systems, software, and hardware with a focus on technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose advanced issues, identify root causes, and guide customers through problem-solving.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and wikis.
• Report significant and recurring issues and help improve service delivery.
• Train incoming staff and participate in the after-hours escalation on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting and engineering Windows on-premise and cloud environments.
• Proven experience as a senior technical engineer, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Advanced Active Directory domain management skills.
• Proficiency in on-premise and cloud-based networking.
• Current Microsoft, Azure, cloud computing, or CCNA certification, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
