Workplace Services Engineer L2 - EUC/Endpoint Management (Houston, USA)

Location: Hybrid in Houston, Texas, USA, with 1–2 days per week at the client's office

What you will do

• Operate the end-user computing environment across desktops, laptops, and virtual desktops in line with SLA requirements.
• Build and publish MSI/EXE software packages, execute mass deployments, and perform device re-imaging.
• Run operating system, driver, and Microsoft security patch cycles while meeting the 98% patch-compliance SLA.
• Deploy workstation configurations, GPOs, Wi-Fi and printing agents through SCCM and Intune; operate BitLocker key recovery, LAPS, and Microsoft Defender health checks.
• Resolve ITIL-based incidents and service requests, reconcile work before closure, and escalate complex cases to L3.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and the ServiceNow CMDB, produce SCCM/Intune reports, support other providers, and adapt PowerShell scripts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in EUC and endpoint operations.
• Operational experience with SCCM and Intune, Windows client operating systems, and Entra ID fundamentals.
• PowerShell scripting skills sufficient to run and adapt existing scripts.
• English at C1/C2 level and Portuguese proficiency required.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification required.
• Availability to work 1–2 days per week from the Houston, Texas, USA office.

Nice to have

• MD-102 Endpoint Administrator certification.
• Progress toward the Microsoft endpoint baseline.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
