What you will do

• Lead project execution from startup through closeout.
• Manage junior project managers, field teams, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee financial processes, including forecasting, analysis, and communication of key metrics and results.
• Drive accountability and consistent execution in line with established project processes.
• Identify potential technical issues and guide teams in mitigating risks and losses.
• Lead projects toward client satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 9–16 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Required experience in the curtainwall industry.
• Technical acuity applicable to the curtainwall business.
• Leadership, communication, ethics, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Change-management capability and a strong sense of ownership.
