What you will do

• Represent the AI team to internal partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Lead discovery and delivery of generative AI projects for Strategy, Data and Analysis, Media, Experience Design, Project Management, Social, Commerce, CRM, and Creative Experience teams.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable delivery tasks with Product Managers, engineers, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Design, create, deploy, and support custom AI agents, orchestrations, and digital experiences.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight, troubleshooting, and problem-solving across multiple projects.
• Build scalable intake, planning, rollout, training, support, and maintenance practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology roles supporting cross-functional development teams in agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
• Experience with system or business analysis and product development from ideation through launch.
• Experience supporting product or application development and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, critical-thinking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as the Atlassian suite, Figma, and diagramming tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in a professional services, agency, or consulting environment.
• Experience presenting technical concepts to clients or stakeholders.
• Experience using no-code or low-code platforms to create multi-step agents and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or a related field.
