What you will do
- Own end-to-end product strategy for the real-time programmatic optimization engine, including factor design, scoring logic, bid optimization models, data science workflows, and A/B testing.
- Drive product ownership of internal performance analytics and an AI platform, scaling self-service campaign intelligence and optimization model performance tracking.
- Lead evaluation and productization of emerging optimization capabilities, including clinical outcome measurement integrations and cost-per-qualified-reach models.
- Own AI-powered targeting and real-time contextual AI integrations, plus identity infrastructure modernization and taxonomy/NPI targeting & reporting migrations.
- Manage data vendor relationships and oversee audience products and campaign forecasting for sales and campaign planning workflows.
- Lead and mentor a multi-stream team of product managers and partner with sales/GTM and data science engineering to commercialize ML capabilities.
Requirements
- Location: United States
- 8+ years in product management scaling high-complexity platform products, data infrastructure, or ML/AI products.
- Strong background in ad tech optimization algorithms (real-time bidding logic, bid optimization, CTR/CVR prediction, pacing/delivery, ML-driven campaign optimization).
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows (scoring logic frameworks, A/B testing at scale, model evaluation, predictive modeling lifecycles).
- Experience with programmatic advertising data flows, audience targeting mechanics, and identity resolution in a DSP/SSP/data platform environment.
- 2+ years of direct people management of product managers in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
