Director, Product Mgmt (AI/ML)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid working environment with some in-office and in-person expectations.

Salary: USD 227,800–338,800 per year, with the final offer determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Define products and end-to-end solutions addressing the data scalability needs of AI/ML workloads.
• Develop product and go-to-market strategies to accelerate cloud storage adoption across AI/ML workloads and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, go-to-market, and partner teams to execute product and solutions roadmaps.
• Build strategic relationships with ecosystem partners, align joint roadmaps, and drive execution.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and represent their interests in product planning and solution development.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the cloud storage services Product Management team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across engineering, product management, professional services, technical marketing engineering, and/or business consulting.
• 10+ years in product management leadership roles in cloud, storage, or AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and building data pipelines for GPUs.
• Experience with CRM, HCM, ERP, SCM, business intelligence, and analytics enterprise application suites.
• Proven ability to deliver cloud-based IT solutions using SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings and collaborate with go-to-market teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is preferred, along with strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and team management skills.
