Environmental Health & Safety Project Manager

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; full-time onsite role. Travel up to 15% of the time is required.

Salary: $73,000–$109,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, proposals, deliverables, and client relationships.
• Lead technical and project-related teams while mentoring junior staff.
• Perform safety and industrial hygiene fieldwork, including exposure assessments, noise dosimetry, indoor air quality studies, and ventilation evaluations.
• Develop and audit safety programs, process safety management and risk management plans, energy control procedures, and machine guarding assessments.
• Conduct safety training covering Lockout/Tagout, confined spaces, fall protection, HAZWOPER, and emergency response.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation and perform facility inspections against regulatory and third-party standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Safety or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of direct safety compliance and/or industrial hygiene experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and guidance for industrial, energy, and commercial clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, technical writing, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, including project budget management.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), Safety, Health, & Environmental Professional (SHEP), or Specialist in Safety & Health (SSH) certification.
