Construction Project Manager (Curtainwall/Glass and Glazing)

Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage scope, tasks, processes, and schedules for small-to-mid-sized construction projects.
• Coordinate with experienced project managers, field teams, clients, internal teams, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive process compliance, accountability, and consistency in line with Harmon’s best practices.
• Complete project tasks and reporting to support forecasting, analysis, and communication of key metrics and results.
• Apply construction and technical expertise to mitigate losses, identify risks, and proactively predict challenges.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain project integrity, profitability, and schedule performance.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management or related experience.
• Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business.
• Required experience with curtainwall, glass, and glazing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, time-management, and change-management skills.
• High professional integrity, honesty, and personal credibility.
