Material Handling I Lead I A-Shift (Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30am)

Location: Redmond, Oregon; onsite, full-time A-shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Pay range: $25.29–$37.94 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers, including assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, machine operators, and plant operators.
• Review work orders, production schedules, charts, and reports to determine production requirements and evaluate output.
• Inspect materials, products, equipment, and structures for defects or malfunctions.
• Train employees in equipment operation, work procedures, and safety practices.
• Resolve production problems and equipment malfunctions with relevant colleagues and supervisors.
• Monitor processes and advise on ways to improve products and manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong active listening, critical thinking, decision-making, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in written and spoken form.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours and work around seasonal temperatures, dust, and some chemical fumes.
