Manufacturing Trainer

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States

Salary: $21.25–$30.75 per hour

What you will do

• Provide general and specialized training and observations for production-line employees.
• Certify operators according to established training procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions across employee shifts and equipment lines.
• Develop benchmarks and measure the effectiveness of training processes and systems.
• Update and customize course materials and maintain complete training records.
• Assess ongoing training needs using management consultations and business performance metrics, while filling in as an operator when needed.

Requirements

• Experience as a Machine Operator II or Warehouse Operator II is preferred.
• Ability to train employees on multiple lines of production equipment.
• Ability to follow internal reporting processes and operating rules.
