Production Lead (Medical Manufacturing)

Location: Hartland, Wisconsin, United States; on-site production role. 12-hour PM shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Training may take place on the AM shift.

Salary: $22.75–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and other production operations while minimizing downtime.
• Operate and set up equipment, perform changeovers, stage raw materials, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Establish production standards, inspect finished goods, and maintain quality control compliance.
• Assign daily work, delegate tasks to warehouse operators, train employees, and monitor productivity.
• Identify waste-reduction and cost-efficiency opportunities through continuous improvement.
• Complete production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and system-generated reports using AS400.

Requirements

• Experience or strong technical knowledge of manufacturing and production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery and support proper setup, shutdown, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to maintain safety, cleanliness, production quality, and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work the rotating 12-hour PM schedule, including possible AM-shift training.
• Ability to coordinate operators and communicate effectively with departments and management.
