Collections Supervisor

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Supervise collection staff and daily department activities, including schedules, time cards, staffing, and personnel matters.
• Oversee outbound collection calls to maintain service quality, policy compliance, and timely feedback.
• Review calls and quality results, coach representatives, and enforce performance expectations.
• Maintain communication with financial institutions and ensure client expectations are met.
• Help develop and coordinate training programs for customer-service initiatives.
• Monitor workload queues and deadlines to ensure timely execution of department activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least five years of call-center experience, preferably in telephone collections.
• At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of telephone collections, delinquent-account processing, consumer collection laws, and the FDCPA.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Planning, organization, motivation, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, analytical, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
