What you will do

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building technical systems.
Service commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
Ensure completed work meets safety, quality, and customer standards.
Make independent decisions and provide creative, viable alternatives.
Deliver highly productive, high-quality results with little to no supervision.

Requirements

7+ years of HVAC service experience required.
Valid EPA certification required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must pass MVR screening.

Nice to have

Chiller service experience.
Military service experience.
