HVAC Senior Technician

Location: Mesquite, Texas, with projects throughout the Metro Dallas region; full-time field work with travel of at least 60 miles per day and occasional overnight travel

What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, and inspect commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and packaged systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Prepare repair estimates and recommendations for commercial clients while coordinating service appointments with building managers and facility owners.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts, labor hours, and equipment history.
• Follow OSHA requirements, PPE practices, safety procedures, and current HVAC codes and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial HVAC service technician or in an equivalent role.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration circuits, and mechanical components.
• Experience troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and implementing effective repairs.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling, such as Universal Certification.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

• High school diploma or GED.
