Focus on diagnosing complex system malfunctions, preparing repair recommendations, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate service records across Metro Dallas projects.
Location: Mesquite, Texas, United States. Full-time regional position requiring reliable transportation, travel of at least 60 miles per day depending on project location, and occasional long-distance travel with overnight stays.

What you will do
- Install, maintain, repair, and inspect commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and packaged systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, controls, and other system issues.
- Identify deficiencies and inefficiencies, then prepare repair estimates and recommendations for commercial clients.
- Coordinate service appointments with building managers, facility owners, and other stakeholders.
- Record service calls, parts used, labor hours, and equipment history.
- Follow OSHA, PPE, and other safety requirements while collaborating with service teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician or in an equivalent role.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling, such as Universal Certification.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration circuits, and mechanical components.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, communicate professionally with clients, lift and maneuver heavy equipment, and work on rooftops and in mechanical rooms.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

- High school diploma or GED.
