Branch Banking Client Consultant II (Banking)

Location: Estero, Florida, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints while delivering a positive client experience.
• Explain banking products and provide guidance focused on clients’ financial needs.
• Build client relationships, support retention, and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Introduce clients to mortgage and business banking partners when specialist support is needed.
• Support growth targets for deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, recognized equivalent, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to manage client relationships, solve problems, communicate clearly, and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and banking policies.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
