Branch Manager (Financial Sales)

Location: Onsite in Ocala, Florida; Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

What you will do

• Build a customer-focused branch environment and ensure lending options are presented effectively.
• Lead team meetings, align employees with branch goals, and inspire high performance.
• Manage training on branch operations, compliance, and collections while providing real-time coaching.
• Oversee collection activities and consult with customers on overdue accounts to develop mutually beneficial solutions.
• Recruit and develop a high-quality, diverse team through actionable feedback and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with peers and management, prioritize issues, and adapt to operational challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within six months of the start date where required.

Nice to have

• College degree or experience in underwriting, credit decision-making, or a related financial industry role.
