Relationship Banker (Banking)

Location: In office at 6160 Stoneridge Mall Road, Pleasanton, California, US, 94588

Salary: $22.27–$33.43 per hour, plus eligibility for bonuses and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Contribute to branch sales efforts and deliver exemplary service to clients and colleagues.
• Handle branch banking transactions, new accounts, account maintenance, and service requests.
• Analyze client needs, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support client retention.
• Develop new business through referrals, community engagement, and proactive calling.
• Manage and expand a client relationship portfolio focused on business, professional, and preferred banking segments.
• Follow bank policies, credit and operational procedures, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct sales experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 2 years of basic computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be registered or licensed under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or eligible for registration under the Safe Act.
• Working knowledge of bank operations, products, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
