Senior Site/Civil Engineer (Land Development)

Location: Glasgow, Kentucky, United States; primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork in all weather conditions.

Salary: $125,724.10–$143,684.68 per year

What you will do

• Lead assigned civil site design and industrial site design projects from notice to proceed through final closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, represent hirify.global in meetings, and resolve significant technical and project questions.
• Plan project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, specifications, cost estimates, and technical writeups.
• Review and approve plans, maintain quality standards, and obtain improvement plan and permitting approvals from governing entities.
• Hire, train, manage, motivate, and supervise engineers and technicians.
• Support business development, invoicing, collections, and client receivables for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8 or more years of related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and assist with fieldwork when required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform squatting, kneeling, climbing, and walking for certain distances.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
