Procurement Manager, Travel & Professional Services

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; 4 days per week in the Atlanta office

What you will do

• Develop and implement category strategies that optimize cost, quality, service levels, and business value.
• Manage professional services, travel-related, and other indirect spend categories, identifying savings, consolidation, process improvement, and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI initiatives from strategy development through supplier selection and contract execution.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor supplier performance and KPIs, and identify trends, innovation, and risks.
• Negotiate and manage complex professional services agreements, including consulting, contingent labor, and managed services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to improve procurement processes and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement experience in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience managing professional services and other indirect procurement categories.
• Demonstrated success developing category strategies that deliver savings, supplier innovation, risk mitigation, and business value.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing events and supplier evaluation processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing, procurement, contract lifecycle management, and spend analysis tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with travel-related categories, including airlines, hotels, ground transportation, meetings, conferences, and event venues.
