Procurement Sourcing Director (Professional Services)

What you will do

• Lead the Professional Services global sourcing team within Enterprise Procurement & Payables.
• Develop and execute multi-year global category strategies covering consulting, insurance, financial services, legal services, and meetings and events.
• Manage sourcing initiatives across market analysis, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, implementation, and supplier performance.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and Technology.
• Develop the team’s commercial negotiation and global contracting capabilities while ensuring governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Drive procurement transformation through process improvement, digital capabilities, supplier innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 12 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience in global organizations.
• Deep expertise in Professional Services categories, including consulting, corporate insurance, financial services, legal services, and meetings and events.
• Experience delivering change, value, and successful outcomes across a complex global matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of global contracting practices, commercial legal frameworks, governance standards, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated success in complex commercial negotiations, supplier management, procurement transformation, and measurable business value delivery.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing procurement teams, with strong commercial judgment, analytical capability, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with emerging procurement technologies, AI-enabled sourcing, and contract lifecycle management platforms.
