What you will do

• Lead global RFP programs for events and third-party sponsorships from scope definition through contract execution.
• Conduct high-stakes supplier negotiations and selection processes to deliver measurable cost savings and commercial value.
• Execute complex service agreements and multi-year contracts while ensuring legal alignment, compliance, and accountability.
• Develop category strategy, rationalize the supplier base, and establish strategic vendor partnerships.
• Design global operating models, governance frameworks, and Supplier Relationship Management processes with SLAs and KPIs.
• Advise senior Marketing and business leaders and use data, analytics, digital procurement platforms, and AI-enabled intelligence to improve scalability.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of strategic procurement experience focused on Events & Sponsorships category management in complex multinational environments.
• Experience leading high-value global RFP/eRFX processes, multi-year vendor negotiations, and multi-hundred-million-dollar spend portfolios.
• Proven ability to design category strategies, rationalize vendor ecosystems, and implement governance and operating frameworks.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, executive communication, stakeholder influence, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with digital procurement suites and data analytics platforms.

Nice to have

• Professional procurement certification such as CIPS or CPM.
• Experience in event or experiential agency operations, especially on the agency side.
