Field Superintendent - ARB

Location: Seattle, Washington, USA; frequent on-site presence throughout the Washington region

Salary: $83,200–$124,950 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. A bonus opportunity may also be available.

What you will do

• Oversee product installations across the Washington region, with primary responsibility for larger projects.
• Coordinate in-house staff, subcontractors, customers, general contractors, installation teams, products, and equipment.
• Ensure project safety and quality standards are met while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve installation bottlenecks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide technical expertise to sales personnel and collaborate with administrative support to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Two-year degree plus three years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects and/or a degree in construction management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective multitasking, and project management ability.
• Good mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety and quality.
• Availability for occasional overnight travel, approximately 10–20%.
