Bilingual Client Executive - Quebec Region - Chargé/e de clientèle Bilingue (Anglais & Français) – Région du Québec (Financial Services)

Location: Remote; candidate must reside in Quebec, Canada. Occasional in-person attendance at work-related events may be required.

Salary: $81,000–$111,500 annually, plus variable compensation based on applicable plans and performance.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with strategic financial institution clients across Quebec and provide day-to-day account support.
• Defend and grow revenue across assigned accounts while supporting new business opportunities with senior sales executives.
• Develop account plans, identify product adoption opportunities, and support retention and long-term client growth.
• Coordinate renewals, implementations, service enhancements, issue resolution, and product or service delivery.
• Collaborate with product, legal, operations, analytics, and technology teams to address client needs.
• Prepare client meetings, business reviews, presentations, pipeline activities, reporting, and CRM or service desk administration.

Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in English and French and reside in Quebec.
• 5+ years of sales or account management experience in credit reporting or a related industry.
• In-depth experience in banking, insurance, retail credit, or consumer credit reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with strategic client relationships, cross-functional initiatives, sales planning, and concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of financial services, banking and lending, hirify.global core solutions, Microsoft applications, and Salesforce.com.
