Engagement Leader - Bilingual

Location: Remote and hybrid work supporting in-person meetings and events; preferred residence and travel within the greater Orange County area. Travel up to 50%, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Salary: $80,496–$108,907 per year.

What you will do

• Increase awareness of hirify.global’s membership and community impact programs among clients and local communities.
• Develop strategic partnerships with churches, nonprofits, business networks, and other community organizations.
• Partner with field leaders and advisors to create integrated growth and engagement plans.
• Build and execute community events and Member Network activities that deepen client relationships and generate advisor appointments.
• Support advisors in activating clients as advocates and differentiating their practices in local communities.
• Promote enterprise programs, career opportunities, and local engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Comfort with remote and hybrid work and supporting in-person meetings and events.
• Suitable home office and high-speed internet required for remote work.

• Strongly preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Residence and travel within the greater Orange County area.
• Financial services, sales development, or community development experience.
• Established relationships within Christian, business, nonprofit, or local community networks.
• Demonstrated ability to build, activate, and leverage networks and influence others.
