Salary: $91,000–$115,000 CAD (Base)

What you will do

  • Build and manage a book of business by closing net-new customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • Consult with clients to identify supply chain needs and design value-add, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Lead discovery calls, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to ensure long-term client success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Customs to drive service excellence.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process and project manage complex global supply chain requirements.
  • Engage in self-prospecting and partner with SDR teams to identify and connect with ideal enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to run a structured, consultative sales process.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both virtual and face-to-face environments.
  • Strong work ethic and a competitive drive to achieve sales targets.
