What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting a flexible work arrangement.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to deliver mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Understand the local market, develop sales plans, and convert leads into new clients.
• Build relationships with clients, internal partners, external realtors, and community contacts to generate referrals.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgages, including mortgage lending, documentation, and processes.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Fluent French and English required to support business operations outside Quebec.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Goal-oriented, accountable, client-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
