What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap execution for a key business line or product area.
• Translate market insights, customer feedback, and user research into prioritized product decisions.
• Lead product managers, designers, and engineers by setting goals, removing bottlenecks, and driving accountability.
• Partner with engineering leadership to assess technical feasibility and balance speed, quality, and scope.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product organization, including hiring, development, and retention.
• Collaborate with go-to-market leaders on launches, positioning, customer success, and product metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or product strategy experience.
• At least 3 years in a director or senior manager role leading teams and owning P&L or strategic outcomes.
• Demonstrated success shipping multiple products or major features from conception through launch.
• Strong technical fluency, including understanding system architecture and evaluating engineering estimates.
• Proven cross-functional leadership, consensus building, and decision-making with incomplete information.
• Comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, data-intensive systems, or complex B2B products.
• Experience in high-growth or high-scale environments.
