Director of Product (AI)

Salary: $175,000–$195,000 per year in New York

What you will do

• Own the consumer product portfolio across the website, mobile app, booking, membership management, practice extension, telehealth, pharmacy, and refills.
• Lead product integration work for newly combined practice groups, including systems reconciliation, roadmap development, and coordination with product and operations teams.
• Define product direction and priorities with technology leadership, while establishing engineering prioritization frameworks.
• Drive monetization and conversion through pricing, packaging, funnel, and membership-upgrade experiments.
• Build and improve staff-facing tools, including practice management systems, AI-assisted workflow automation, intake, and auditing systems.
• Partner with engineering, data, medical, operations, marketing, and member-experience teams throughout discovery, delivery, rollout, and post-launch measurement.

Requirements

• Senior, hands-on product leader with experience owning products from discovery and specifications through QA, launch, and measurement.
• Ability to build functional prototypes and some production web code using AI tools and an AI-assisted React stack.
• Strong product writing skills, including product-direction memos, quantified impact models, and executive-ready presentations.
• Experience working directly with engineering leadership as a peer and shared product-delivery partner.
• Ability to work with doctors, nurses, and practice managers and make sound decisions about human involvement in medically sensitive automation.
• Proficiency with A/B/n testing, SQL, production data analysis, FullStory funnels, and experiment statistics.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-site consumer services or healthcare.
• M&A and product-integration experience.
• Familiarity with Braze, FullStory, LaunchDarkly, Vetspire, PMS platforms, AI scribes, or voice AI.
