Director of Product, Rider and Driver Mobile Experience (AI)

Location: New York City, United States

Base salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year, plus variable pay and equity.

What you will do

• Define and lead the vision and strategic roadmap for a unified mobile platform serving riders and drivers.
• Develop high-impact mobile product features using data analytics, AI, user research, and innovative product thinking.
• Manage end-to-end product development across front-end interfaces, back-end architecture, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate on user-first design and accessibility to create intuitive experiences across platforms.
• Evaluate product value against cost, scoping and descoping initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience in successful startups or large global companies.
• Experience owning a broad product portfolio, leading a product domain, and building category-leading products.
• Strong ability to translate market research, customer feedback, and technical constraints into a clear product vision.
• Track record of identifying and shipping AI-powered solutions that create value for users and the business.
• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from planning and development through launch.
• Excellent analytical, business, communication, multitasking, and independent execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or passion in public transit, mapping, SaaS, or accessibility.
