Director of Product, Rider and Driver Mobile Experience (AI)

Location: New York City, United States

Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus variable pay and equity.

What you will do

• Define and lead the vision and strategic roadmap for a next-generation mobile platform serving riders and drivers.
• Develop product features using data analytics, AI, user research, and innovative product thinking.
• Manage end-to-end product development across mobile interfaces, backend architecture, API integrations, and third-party partner connections.
• Collaborate on user-centered design and accessible, intuitive interactions across platforms.
• Evaluate product value against cost and optimize scope and resource allocation.
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience in successful startups or large global companies.
• Experience owning broad product portfolios, leading a product domain or line, and building category-leading products.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements, constraints, market research, and customer feedback.
• Track record of identifying and shipping AI-powered solutions that create value for users and the business.
• Experience driving the full product lifecycle from planning and development through launch.
• Excellent analytical, business, communication, multitasking, and independent execution skills.
