Trainer

Location: Warren, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Deliver employee training in classroom and online settings.
• Support staff in meeting customer expectations and consistently providing a strong customer experience.
• Assess employee performance during training and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Identify, recommend, and present new training topics, courses, curricula, and methods.
• Keep course content and materials accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Support training initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and project roll-outs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, education, teaching, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of training experience, customer service experience, and banking experience are preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, department-specific software, and on-site equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and federal and state regulations.
• Ability to work as part of a team and recommend procedural improvements.
