Contact Center Training & Development Specialist

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States; on-site, full-time

What you will do

• Deliver in-person and virtual training for new-hire contact center and document processing representatives.
• Train employees across Collections, Customer Service Inbound, and Loss Drafts.
• Develop and update curricula and training materials using computer software.
• Manage onboarding activities, training administration, and logistics.
• Mentor new hires, assess performance and participation, and track attendance and other metrics.
• Support special projects and related operational duties.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Training, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Two or more years of contact center experience preferred.
• Two or more years of training and development experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of business processes and advanced knowledge of training systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills; knowledge of Articulate Storyline preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, collaboration, data analysis, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
• Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD).
• Experience with Articulate Storyline.
