Finance Trainer

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and ongoing skills training for the Accounts Payable team.
• Create and maintain job aids, process documentation, and e-learning content.
• Partner with AP leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and improve learning programs.
• Communicate process updates, policy changes, and best practices across the department.
• Monitor employee progress and coordinate coaching and follow-up training with AP leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, training, or education required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience teaching, coaching, developing others, or creating training materials is preferred.

Nice to have

• Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience creating e-learning content.
