Learning & Development Specialist - Finance

Location: On-site at hirify.global’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States; travel to North American locations may be required.

What you will do

• Conduct onboarding, mentoring, and follow-up training for new hires.
• Create, update, and maintain Finance department training materials.
• Facilitate development training sessions to support employee performance.
• Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates, and training memos.
• Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.
• Travel to North American locations for auditing and training as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in a Finance role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Availability for on-site work and travel to North American locations as needed.
