What you will do

• Deliver customer service in an inside sales environment.
• Identify prospective borrowers through company-generated inbound leads.
• Analyze customer needs, goals, and homeownership objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers and encourage referral business.
• Conduct outbound follow-up, close sales, and advise borrowers on next steps.
• Complete ongoing education covering loan products, licensing, and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven success in a sales- or customer-service-oriented environment.
• Strong phone presence, listening, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured and competitive team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Completion of required NMLS licensing and company training.
