Loan Sales Specialist - Western Vill. Shop Ctr.

Location: On site in Cincinnati, OH, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended weekday hours and possible Saturday work.

Salary: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage loan accounts, including collections activities, while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Work toward individual and branch goals in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer and branch demands.
• Ability to provide clear, empathetic, and efficient customer service.
• Ability to work the required on-site schedule, including occasional extended hours or Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
