Loan Sales Specialist - St Johns

Location: Jacksonville, FL — onsite. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan application and loan lifecycle.
• Handle loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms and optional insurance products.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Work toward individual and branch goals in a competitive, achievement-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
• Ability to provide clear, empathetic, and compliant customer service.
• Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills.
