Mortgage Banking Representative - Consumer Direct

What you will do

• Originate residential mortgage loans through e-delivery channels from internal and external referral sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal referral sources and manage leads to meet performance goals.
• Counsel mortgage customers on lending options and solutions.
• Support bank partnerships, cross-sell initiatives, lead management, and customer satisfaction activities.
• Manage the loan pipeline, including documentation, closing dates, rate expirations, pricing, and compliance milestones.
• Monitor and manage business risks while following regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related job experience.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use general office equipment, a personal computer, and job-related software.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Easylender, Uni-form, and Genesis.
