Team Manager - Life/Disability Insurance for Taguig (Insurance)

What you will do

• Lead service delivery and operational excellence for an insurance claims support program.
• Communicate with clients and team members, understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
• Develop strategies based on data reports, analysis, and operational observations to drive business improvements.
• Identify training needs and equip staff with essential skills and knowledge.
• Apply Short-Term, Long-Term, FMLA, and State Leave processes related to disability products, medical terminology, system tools, and operational procedures.
• Ensure process compliance and adherence across team members, partners, and third-party providers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a team manager.
• At least 3 years of experience in disability or life insurance.
• At least 3 years of experience in an inbound contact center.
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-resolution, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to work onsite in Taguig.
