What you will do

  • Manage and monitor team performance against established metrics.
  • Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Execute administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Lead teams to meet monthly deliverables and operational goals.
  • Apply analytical skills to solve complex problems and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Quezon City, Philippines.
  • Completed at least 2 years of college education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience handling banking and financial accounts is preferred.
