What you will do
- Manage and monitor team performance against established metrics and goals.
- Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates to drive development.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high standards of training, workforce management, or quality.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Training, Workforce, or Quality as a Team Lead or Manager.
- Completed at least 2 years in college.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
