Customer Support Associate - Marine Electronics

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; hybrid office schedule

Salary: $37,700–$52,900 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide customer support and coordinate service activities through phone and email.
• Answer questions about marine electronics features, installation, compatibility, and use.
• Perform remote troubleshooting with schematics and internal tools.
• Document customer cases in CRM systems and analyze service trends.
• Collaborate on training materials, service documentation, and product improvements.

Requirements

• Experience installing, repairing, maintaining, or supporting marine electronics hardware.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and customer expectation-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different types of people and collaborate with internal partners.

Nice to have

• ABYC, NMEA, or MEI certification.
• FCC license.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Lowrance HDS or Simrad NSS ecosystem.
• One year of marine or RV electronics installation experience.
