• Respond to and resolve moderately complex customer inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in licensing within Non-Profit, Payroll, Sales Tax Registration, or Industry Licensing sectors.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and databases.
• Strong professional communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to handle moderately complex problem-solving tasks.
• Knowledge of QA standards.
