Senior Superintendent (Multifamily Construction)

What you will do

• Lead all onsite aspects of Wraps, Podiums, and Type I multifamily construction projects.
• Build a jobsite culture focused on mentoring, growth, accountability, safety, and teamwork.
• Develop, maintain, communicate, and upload complete jobsite schedules to Procore.
• Coordinate weekly subcontractor meetings covering schedules, safety, SWPPP, quality control, RFIs, submittals, and coordination items.
• Review plans before vertical construction, identify constructability, code, egress, dimensional, and MEP issues, and document deviations through RFIs.
• Oversee field administration, permitting support, materials delivery, document close-out, RFI resolution, and submittal approval.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience as a Superintendent and preferably at least 8 years of construction experience.
• At least 5 years of multifamily construction supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with multifamily construction procedures and construction building codes.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling practices and software, with PC proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field is preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification must be completed within 90 days of hire.
