Lead Superintendent (Mission Critical)

What you will do

• Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, field teams, project managers, engineers, inspectors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Manage safety programs, OSHA compliance, quality control, site logistics, and material flow.
• Develop and maintain master CPM schedules and 3–6 week look-ahead plans.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, and structured cabling systems in data center environments.
• Support commissioning, integrated systems testing, documentation, reporting, and risk resolution.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of construction experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Proven experience delivering data center, mission-critical, or highly technical projects.
• Experience with complex MEP infrastructure, commissioning, and fast-track schedules.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance, construction quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
