Integrated Strategist, Business Solutions (Media Planning)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $66,300.00–$80,000.00 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support senior strategists and supervisors across media planning deliverables, including flowcharts, media opportunity POVs, and strategic recommendations.
• Use consumer research and competitive intelligence tools such as MRI, Cadence, AdIntel, and Nielsen to identify trends and insights.
• Manage traffic instructions, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, billing processes, timelines, and presentation frameworks.
• Build communication with clients and media partners while coordinating with Investment, Traffic, Operations, and other internal departments.
• Identify problems, recommend creative solutions, and contribute to client and internal relationship development.
• Guide, delegate to, review, and support the professional development and performance evaluation of Assistant Strategists.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous media planning experience; experience across multiple media channels is preferred.
• Strong understanding of media math, terminology, and analytical tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including applying their functions to media planning.
• Experience managing client relationships and developing and presenting media plan presentations.
• Strong writing, presentation, communication, time management, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and mentor team members.
