What you will do

• Gather information during media buying and strategy stages.
• Use media research tools including MRI, @plan, Scarborough, AdRelevance, and CMR.
• Manage requests for proposal and execute approved media buys.
• Prepare data and recommendations in PowerPoint, Prezi, and Keynote.
• Coordinate web creative trafficking and implementation.
• Monitor campaign delivery and compile performance reports.

Requirements

• Four years of college education.
• One to three years of office experience, preferably in communications or a creative agency.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital media and advertising tools.
• Effective time management, attention to detail, organization, communication, and numerical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and a strong interest in media.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
