What you will do

• Gather information and conduct research during media strategy and planning.
• Use media research tools such as Kantar and Pathmatics to develop competitive insights.
• Partner with Connections Strategy to gather audience information and shape media strategies.
• Assist with multi-channel media plans covering video, programmatic, search, social, and direct buys.
• Manage RFPs, coordinate approved media buys, and maintain accurate media plan flowcharts.
• Coordinate creative trafficking and implementation, monitor campaign delivery, compile reporting, and support client-facing presentations.

Requirements

• Four years of college education and one to three years of office experience, preferably in a communications-related company.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital tools used in media and advertising.
• Effective time management, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Clear, thoughtful communication and the ability to collaborate with clients and agency teams.
• Comfort managing numbers and working with Excel.
• Strong interest in media and motivation to continue learning.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
